Some internet service providers (i.e. xtra) block e-mail sent to servers that are not on the same network. This could affect your guests when they stay in other places, but NOT when you have Hospitality Internet wireless installed on your premises.
Your Hosptiality Internet equipment will allow your customers to receive and send email, no matter who their service provider is.
